Crodeon developed Reporter, a sensor module for remote monitoring, with the intent to make data collection accessible to anyone. This makes the installation of Reporter quick and easy, because we know that you’re already busy enough.
Reporter has 4 connectors that let you connect up to 4 sensors from our collection. Any sensor combination works!
Monitor your orchards and fields for frost, precipitation, and soil moisture levels. Keep an eye on your construction site, research site, and festival site for wind, precipitation, and temperature.
Reporter + weather station is fully customisable to your needs and unique situation. Below you can find some examples of the applications of a weather station!
Forget about changing batteries. Reporter runs on grid power or its own solar panel.
Access your weather data directly via our rest API or send it to your own measuring software.
Connect up to four (different) sensors per measuring device. This allows you to measure the weather but also:
WiFi connections can be unreliable, feeble, and difficult to attain in remote areas.
WiFi is vulnerable to power outages.
Many weather stations use separate 'pocket computers' to view your live and historic data. Reporter has a browser application: the Crodeon Dashboard.
Reporter will send out alarm notifications if any of your set limits are exceeded.
Reporter was designed to be easy to use, regardless your background.
Reporter works through M12 connectors that plug into the device similarly to a USB drive.
There's no need to install special software onto your devices, just use your favourite browser.
